About Our Founder
Dr. Thomas Geiger
B.Sc., MBA, M.A., Ph.D.
Thomas is a seasoned, multi-cultural, and bilingual German native professional, who has lived & worked on 5 continents and 16 countries and speaks several languages including Chinese, Thai, Laotian, and French.
He graduated from 3 countries with degrees in Automotive Technology & Metal Works [B.Sc., Germany], Production and Operations Management [MBA, Germany], Philosophy [M.A., UK] and Corporate IT Strategy & International Marketing [Ph.D., Taiwan].
During his 30+ year career, Thomas has served in F500, MNCs, SMEs, family-owned and state-owned companies as well as JVs. His experience spans industries including automotive, aerospace, logistics, metal & plastics manufacturing, retail, wholesale, import/export, food/hospitality, telecom, consulting, and IT.
Thomas is passionate about the holistic perspectives of the firm and bringing together strategic, tactical, and operational levels with his hands-on approach. His goals include bridging the lacuna between cultures, research & business.
In his free time, Thomas tends an organic farming & aquaponics project.
About Our General Manager
Ms. Lucy Jiang (Lu)
B.A., M.A.
Lucy is native to Wuhan and has studied Marketing Communication & Business English [B.A., Yangtze University] and International Marketing and English Literature [M.A., SISU] during which she received the Top 1% Graduate Certificate and the Global Times Editor Award of Excellence.
As Cultural Ambassador in the prestigious Central Government-funded 2015 China Culture Awareness Program, Lucy was honored with the Golden Global Ambassador Award. She is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Japanese.
During her 12-year career, she has worked in media, automotive, and manufacturing industries for F500, MNCs, state-owned companies, and JVs. Her functional experience includes public communication, government relations & policies, HR, project management, product research & development, as well as consumer research.
Lucy began her steep career at Partner International Consulting as Junior Consultant and has since then successfully managed projects above CNY 2M. Since June 2020, she has taken responsibility for our new branch in Shandong province.
She is passionate about corporate law, Chinese investment promotion policies, global & international taxation, and the latest trends in international marketing.
In her free time, Lucy is committed to a healthy lifestyle with daily sports and nutritious homemade cooking. She stands out as a regular contender in the Wuhan Marathon.
